I have been using this product twice a day for the past four months and have seen a definite improvement. Only downside is that you cannot use nail polish while using this product.

I've always had strong nails with no problems until the last few years when they began to weaken and "peel". Not sure if possibly caused by age, asthma, or psoriasis. However if used daily this product WORKS and my nails are much improved.
